This option will clear the roots from the inner wall of the piping this is not a guaranteed fix or solution but should give the sewer line more life to maybe last longer than clearing it with our other cables that may just be able to punch a hole through the roots.

We will pull the stem out of the faucet. We will need to shut the water off before we take the stem out. Once the stem is out we will need to take it to our supply house in order to make sure to get the correct stem for the faucet. Once the stem is put back in we will test the faucet to make sure the new stem works.

Looked at outside faucet and adjusted PRV. Did inspect of home entire plumbing system. Home owner called us about leak in upstairs bathroom found that the grout is cracked and is leaking down behind the wall to down stairs ceiling. Recommend having a tile company fix the grout lines.

I will pull the customer recently install toilet and do a inspection on the toilet flange to see why the toilet is leaking water around the base. If the flange is damage and needs replacing or replace the option will be typed up as well as priced. Part of this job will also include changing out the not working water shut off for the toilet. It will be changed out with a quarter turn compression stop

We will cut the pipe right above the P trap and put in a Sanitary tee that will have a small section of pipe coming off with a 90 going up for us to Denron sea PVC pipe from the TMP valve over to the drain and have a drain into the sewer system

Customer called us out about a carbon residue that is collecting in the bottom of toilet. He felt like it was connected to the halo 5 filtration system. Inspected the halo and found that power was lost at some point to the unit and Left the unit not regenerating at all this will allow for carbon to get past the filtration system and in to the water.

To fix water leak at the tankless I will remove the 3ft section of pipe between fittings and replace with a new section of pex piping. Fixing the venting issue will include raising the exhaust pipe 12 inches and adding a sanitary tee this will allow the exhaust to be higher then the air intakes pipe. We will also add a double 90 to the air intake to have the air intake pulling air from the underside this with the combination of the fix to the exhaust will give 24 inches of separation. Fixing the oily film on the inside of the tankless unit.
