Jeremy with Wooten is great. He has fixed a fridge line and tankless hot water heater in my home. Highly recommend the business. They're always quick to come out and are able to fix the issue.

Jeremy was very polite, i had questions which he answered fully, he explained parts of the process while working, when the part in question was removed from the unit the appearance of the old part solidified my concerns regarding the hot water not staying sufficiently hot for a short time while running...Jeremy was knowledgeable and friendly and I believe honest in his work..further I took advantage of their maintenance program and even though the draining process took some time the cost of the repair and maintenance was not a worry, I only paid a fraction of the cost to replace.a water heater.so my cost under their maintenance agreement was only for the part...there was no labor charge..such a great program available to the public..THANKS WOOTEN PLUMBING.Donna King

Theu were able to work me in on a fri. And called before arriving. Sent me repairmans picture. Michael was good asked questions. Gave us options for problem. Got roots out of our line.
